>> All items are ONHAND and OFFICIAL unless stated otherwise.>> Flaws or damages are always disclosed upon order. I value honesty and hindi po ako ngtatago ng item defect. Please make sure to check all photos and videos before confirming your order.>> Should there be damages due to courier handling this is already out of my scope. Please submit a complaint to your chosen courier directly.>> SPECIAL/PERSONAL PHOTO REQUESTS are only available for PAID items. May it be partial or in full. This is to avoid wasting time on JOY RESERVERS or possible scammers>> UNPAID Items are considered AVAILABLE and can be offered to other interested buyer unless I have confirmed your reservation and DOWNPAYMENT has been made.I've had so many people guarantee na "Sure buyer" sila but ended up ghosting me. Waste of time, effort and other sure buyers>> I will block rude and rush buyers. You can let me know of your shipping requests but it is still subject to my schedule.I do my best to ship orders out within 48 hours.

Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy

>> PAYMENT <<A NONREFUNDABLE (nrdp) downpayment is required to reserve the items. PAYO IS PRIO.If DP is not yet sent, I will offer your items to the next PAYO buyer. But if DP is sent, your items are reserved and will not be offered to anyone else even if there is a PAYO buyer.>> CANCELLATION <<Please be 1000% sure bago magorder. Let's not waste each other's time.Reason's like "hindi pinayagan ng parents, wala pang allowance etc' is NOT valid. Be responsible po.LATE FEE IS ₱50 per day. Valid for 3 days only. If unpaid pa din after 3 days then cancelled na po ang order nio. DP will not be refunded and CF is required.NO REMINDER WILL BE SENT. BE RESPONSIBLECANCELLATION FEE is ₱100 or 50% of the total order price (Whichever is higher).Failure to pay for the CF will result to your name/Contact info and FB/TWT link will be posted for other seller's awareness.If you can find a buyer na sasalo ng items within the day of cancellation request, then no need to pay for the CF na. You will not be posted din. However the buyer na sasalo ng items must be able to pay atleast half of the total amount (DOP is no longer allowed).Please keep in mind na mahirap po mghanap ng buyers for some items. If mgpareserve kayo tapos sa inyo binigay ang slot at may iba sanang sure buyer then sayang po ang opportunity.>> REFUND POLICY <<For onhand items, Flaws are always disclosed. And I make sure to pack the items securely. I will only refund if the damage to your items is due to my negligence in packing your items.NO CLEAR, UNEDITED, UNCUT UNBOXING VIDEO = NO REFUND/REPLACEMENTPlease send your concern with 1 week of parcel arrival. PRICES MAY CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE DEPENDING ON MATERIAL AVAILABILITY.

>> DELIVERY AND SHIPPING FEE <<You may select your preferred courier from the list. I highly suggest to choose couriers with insurance (ex LBC, GGX).Incase of loss or damage na items, only those couriers with insurance can offer a refund (subject to investigation).I WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE IF MASIRA OR MAWALA NI COURIER ANG PARCEL.So please choose your courier wisely. Sayang naman po yung pera at item if magka issue dahil tinipid ang courier.Delivery FEE will differ depende po sa Parcel size, declared value at destination.Prices listed are starting price only for small pouch.
